Research on the joint surveying and mapping standardization of engineering construction projects in Kunming City
This paper takes the pilot reform of joint surveying and mapping of engineering construction projects in Kunming City as the background to solve such problems as repeated surveying,fragmented management,and lack of data sharing under the traditional surveying and mapping mode,and its objec-tive is to improve surveying and mapping quality and efficiency,reduce costs,and promote the integra-tion and utilization of data resources.In response to these challenges,this paper first analyzes the existing difficulties and challenges,including few unified technical standards,poor effective quality supervision,and data sharing mechanisms.On this basis,this paper proposes the necessity of establis-hing a standard system applicable for joint surveying and mapping of engineering construction projects in Kunming City,and elaborates the main features,principles,framework,specific elements of the standard system,as well as the importance of targeted provisions.Then,it analyzes and evaluates the specific situation and effects of the joint surveying and mapping reform pilot in Kunming City,concludes such positive outcomes as improved quality,shortened timeframes,and reduced costs.Finally,it emphasizes the significance and limitations of the standard system,puts forward suggestions for further improvement and revision to the standard system,which can promote the sharing and informatization of surveying a-chievements,and improve services and capabilities.
