为实现城市内涝管理的智能化和高效化,解决传统手段难以实时监测和及时响应的问题,本文提出利用物联网和地理信息系统(GIS)技术,开发城市内涝监测预警系统的建设方案,构建了全新的城市内涝监测预警网络,搭建了城市内涝监测预警系统,并详细阐述了系统实现的关键技术、功能模块以及应用成效.该系统为应急管理部门提供了高效、实时的涝情管理工具,以确保在涝情发生时能够迅速、准确地做出决策,最大程度地降低涝情对城市运行和市民生活的影响,保障城市的安全与稳定.
Research of urban flooding monitoring and warning system
The Internet of Things and geographic information system(GIS)technology have been used to develop the construction scheme of urban flooding monitoring and warning system in this paper to realize intelligent and efficient management of urban flooding and to solve the problem of difficulty in real-time monitoring and timely response with traditional means.A new urban flooding monitoring and warning net-work and an urban flooding monitoring and warning system have been built in this paper,the key technol-ogies,functional modules and application results of the system have been illustrated in details,and an ef-ficient and real-time flooding management tool have been provided for emergency management depart-ments to ensure that decisions can be made quickly and accurately when flooding occurs,the impact of urban flooding can be minimized,and the safety and stability of the city can be protected.
