Development of topographic map elevation correction plug-in based on EPS platform
2D topographic maps mainly shows the elevation information through elevation points and con-tour lines,in addition to the accurate elevation values of elevation points and contour lines,other features only require accurate plane coordinates,and their elevation values are not necessarily reasonable.When this kind of topographic map is modified with reference to a 3D oblique model,the topographic map does not match with the elevation of the 3D model.This makes it very difficult for operators to view the com-parison in 3D perspective,and the large height difference occupies a large amount of memory,which can easily cause software jamming or even crashing.In order to solve the above problems,this paper compiles a 2D topographic map elevation correction plug-in based on the template customization technology and script development technology of the EPS platform.The 2D topographic map elevation correction plug-in can effectively correct the abnormal elevation values in the map,and improve the fit between the 2D topo-graphic map and the 3D oblique model to meter-level accuracy,it can be referenced by the industry.
