The application of 3D laser scanning technology in the surveying and mapping for the surface,facade,and profile of ancient buildings
Ancient buildings can show both the cultural and historical changes,they are spiritual civiliza-tion inheritance.Surveying and mapping done for the surface,facade,and profile of ancient buildings is an important task in their protection.This paper introduces the technical flow of the surface,facade,and profile of ancient buildings based on Focus 3D laser scanner,and analyzes and evaluates the accuracy of the surface,facade,and profile results of ancient buildings,it can provide valuable reference for similar projects.
