Description of technical issues related to the Ji'nan City social organization standard Technical Specification for Real Estate(House Property)Surveying and Mapping
Technical Specification for Real Estate(House Property)Surveying and Mapping is a com-munity standard for real estate surveying and mapping,housing surveys,and housing area measuring business in Jinan City.Compared with the technical requirements of GB/T 17986 Specifications for Estate Surveying,those of the community standard are much rigorous and it is an important compo-nent of China's real estate surveying and mapping technical documents,and has very important practi-cal significance for improving both the technical standards of real estate surveying and mapping and the quality of surveying and mapping products in Jinan City.This paper elaborates the differences be-tween Technical Specification for Real Estate(House Property)Surveying and GB/T 17986 Specifica-tions for Estate Surveying in terms of measuring methods,housing surveys,and the apportionment principles of vertical passages to enable better promote and implement this specification in Jinan City.
