Analysis of orientation accuracy of CGTY-2 domestic gyro total station
CGTY-2 gyro total station is a high-precision and precise directional instrument indepen-dently developed in China.The two models of GYROMAT-3000 and CGTY-2 are tested and compared respectively on the high grade true north datum in this paper.The measurements show that the two mod-els have inevitably zero drift,and the internal coincidence accuracy is better than the nominal accuracy.Among which,CGTY-2 is slightly stable and its observation error is better than 2.5".Meanwhile,the accuracy test is carried-out on the high grade true north datum in Xi'an and Shanghai respectively ac-cording to the calibrated instrument constants,and the external coincidence deviation is less than 3.0".The results show that both the internal and external coincidence accuracy of CGTY-2 gyro total station developed in China is higher than the nominal accuracy,and its stability and accuracy are verified in practice.
