Development of consumer-grade 3D laser scanning equipments
With the rapid development of science and technology,three dimensions(3D)laser scanners have been used in professional measuring and real life,while the existing 3D laser scanners are expen-sive and difficult to be widely used in daily life.In order to obtain cost-effective and high-precision 3D spatial data,this paper designs a consumer-grade 3D laser scanning equipment based on consumer-grade two dimensions(2D)laser radar,stepper motors and control drivers.It also uses 2D laser radar self rotation to obtain point cloud data in different directions,and then reconstructs the 3D point cloud based on the 3D mathematical model,and develops a set of point cloud processing plug-ins to achieve efficient data processing.The results show that the accuracy of the scanning equipment meets the re-quirements of application 3D modeling of scenarios,and the equipment can fastly acquire 3D spatial point cloud models with low cost,and it has great application values.
