摘要
目的 探索科学高效的干部健康保健预警巡诊模式.方法 2013年1-11月采用自制问卷对46名省干部保健委员会指定的干部保健人群进行无记名方式书面问卷调查.结果 在职干部和离退休干部对巡诊时间、地点、宣传单手册内容有不同的要求,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对手机短信医学知识介绍的方式均接受.结论 干部保健对象的健康预警需要制定个性化的巡诊模式,并根据对象需求获得全面的健康资料,完善干部健康档案,提高巡诊效率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the cadres' demand for health warning inspection and explore the scientific and effective mode of health warning inspection.Methods The self-made scale was used to conduct the questionnaire anonymously from January of 2013 to November of 2013 among the 46 cadres appointed by Sichuan Cadre Health Committee.Results The in-service cadres and the retired cadres had significant differences in the demand for the inspection time,site and content of pamphlets (P <0.05),while all of them could accept the ways of presenting the medical knowledge by text messages.Conclusion The individualized inspection mode should be offered according to the cadres'demands for the health warning and the comprehensive health information of cadres should be collected and recorded according to their demands in order to improve the cadres'health records and the inspection efficiency.
