Effect of Prospective Precision Nursing Strategies on Blood Pressure,Pain, and Long-Term Prognosis in Patients Undergoing Aortic Dissection Aneurysm Surgery
Objective To investigate the promoting effect of prospective precision nursing strategies on the blood pressure management, pain relief, and long-term prognosis in patients undergoing aortic dissection aneurysm(ADA)surgery. Methods A total of 109 patients who underwent ADA surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(intervened with routine nursing strategy,n=55)and an experimental group(intervened with prospective precision nursing strategy,n=54)using a random number table method.Blood pressure management, pain and emotional relief,long-term prognosis, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the above indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the above indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of SF-36 in all dimensions(physical functioning,role-physical,role-emotional,bodily pain, mental health, social functioning, general health, vitality)in both groups increased compared with those before intervention, and the above indicators in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group(5.56%)was lower than that in the control group(25.45%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective precision nursing strategies applied to patients undergoing ADA surgery can control blood pressure, alleviate pain, alleviate negative emotions, improve quality of life, and reduce complications.
