Effect of Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription on Postoperative Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome and Immune Stress in Patients with Acute Calculous Cholecystitis
Objective To explore the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescription assisted dual channel choledochoscopy lithotomy on postoperative TCM syndrome and immune stress in patients with acute calculous cholecystitis(ACC).Methods A total of 90 patients with ACC who were treated in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of TCM from February 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 patients in each group. All patients underwent cholangioscopy lithotomy. After operation, the control group was given routine anti-infection and anti-inflammation treatment, while the experimental group was additionally treated with self-made TCM prescription based on the treatment in the control group. The changes in TCM syndrome, stress response indicators[interleukin(IL)-6,C-reactive protein(CRP),serum cortisol(Cor)and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)],T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)and immunoglobulin(Ig)indicators(IgA,IgM,IgG)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After the different postoperative treatment schemes, the TCM syndrome scores and levels of stress response indicators IL-6,CRP,Cor and ACTH of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)and immunoglobulin indexes(IgA,IgM,IgG)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM prescription assisted dual channel choledochoscopy lithotomy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ACC,promote the immune function, and accelerate the recovery.
