目的 评价基于智慧健康服务平台的糖尿病前期老年人群运动方案对老年人体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)及运动自我效能的影响。方法 选取2022年12月至2023年4月于成都某社区医院筛查诊断出的糖尿病前期老年人57例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将研究对象分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=27),对照组实施基于智慧健康服务平台的常规运动健康宣教,试验组实施基于智慧健康服务平台的运动方案。于干预前、干预第6周末、干预第12周末收集两组BMI、FBG、2 h PBG、运动自我效能评价量表(SEE)得分进行组内、组间比较。结果 干预第6周末、第12周末试验组BMI、FBG、2 h PBG水平均低于对照组(P<0。05);试验组SEE得分高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 基于智慧健康服务平台支持的糖尿病前期老年人群的运动方案,能降低老年人FBG、2 h PBG及BMI,提高老年人运动自我效能,为社区慢性病人群数字化管理提供了新思路,同时为糖尿病前期老年人的运动管理提供了参考依据。
Evaluation of the Effect of Exercise Program Based on Intelligent Health Service Platform on Older Adults with Pre-diabetes
Objective To evaluate the effect of exercise program based on intelligent health service platform on the body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)and exercise self-efficacy of older adults with pre-diabetes.Methods A total of 57 older adults with pre-diabetes diagnosed in a community hospital in Chengdu from December 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=30)and a control group(n=27)by random number table method.The control group received routine exercise and health education based on the intelligent health service platform,while the experimental group received exercise programs based on the intelligent health service platform.The BMI,FBG,2 h PBG,and Self-Efficacy for Exercise(SEE)scale scores were collected before the intervention and at the end of the 6th and 12th week of the intervention for intra-group and inter-group comparison.Results At the end of the 6th and 12th week of the intervention,the levels of BMI,FBG and 2 h PBG in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the SEE score in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The exercise program for older adults with pre-diabetes based on intelligent health service platform can reduce the FBG,2 h PBG and BMI levels of the elderly,and improve their exercise efficiency,which provides a new idea for improving the digital management of pre-diabetes population in the community,and provides a reference for the exercise management of the older adults with pre-diabetes.
