Objective To carry out hazard vulnerability analysis(HVA)of hospitals based on Kaiser model,so as to provide directional guidance for hospital emergency management and promote continuous quality optimization.Methods Kaiser model was applied in this study.Delphi method and group discussion were employed to set research indicators,collect questionnaires,and calculate the possibility of risk events.Results In the HVA of all disaster events in hospitals,the key disaster events identified in this study included"violent attacks on medical staff or medical disputes","power failures","occupational exposures","medical risks,errors,or accidents",and"information system failures".Conclusion Hospitals should establish early warning mechanisms,formulate coping strategies,and eliminate obstacles to action implementation,so as to comprehensively optimize the emergency management systems for disaster events.
