基于国产卫星影像的1∶10 000基础地理信息数据更新方法研究

本文利用高分辨率国产卫星影像、立体卫星影像对四川省内1幅1∶10 000地形图进行更新,其中地貌更新影像源为资源三号(ZY3)和高分七号(GF7)卫星影像,地物更新影像源为高分二号(GF2)和GF7卫星影像,通过地貌更新影像源和地物更新影像源的两两组合,实现全要素更新.试验结果表明,利用3种影像源进行全要素更新的成果精度均满足1∶10 000数字正射影像图(DOM)、数字线划图(DLG)、数字高程模型(DEM)生产规范的要求.但从综合生产时间、影像质量和人力成本看,建议在人烟稀少的川西地区,采用ZY3结合GF2卫星影像进行更新,在经济较发达的川南地区,采用ZY3卫星影像结合GF7卫星影像进行更新,在成都平原附近全部采用GF7卫星影像进行更新.
Research on updating method of 1:10,000 basic geoinformation based on domestic images
Domestic high-resolution satellite images and stereo satellite updating method are used in this paper to update 1∶10,000 topographic map in Sichuan Province,the terrain updating resources include ZY3 and GF7,while the geoinformation updating resources were GF2 and GF7.The three types of images were combined in pairs to realize full feature updating.The experimental results indicate that,the images for full feature updating all meet the requirements of 1:10,000 DOM,DLG,and DEM products.However,based on the time used for image production,image quality and labor costs,ZY3 combined with GF2 is suggested to be used in the sparsely populated western Sichuan,ZY3 combined with GF7 in the economically developed southern Sichuan,and GF7 in the Chengdu Plain.
