基于北斗+5G的高速公路路面AI快检技术研究

高速公路路面状况与交通安全、道路养护密不可分,利用高科技手段推进公路养护工作的节约、高效发展是当今一项重要的工作.本文结合人工智能(AI)、5G、北斗等技术手段,着手突破高速公路场景下的设施性能感知和数据分析层面的关键技术瓶颈问题,并通过构建和分析轻量级路面缺陷小目标检测模型、基于对比学习的无监督模型和5G多元融合路面信息综合采集器,集成研发了基于北斗+5G的路面缺陷检测综合管理系统,实现了对高速公路基础设施健康情况的快速、智能监测,提高了高速公路路面的检测效率,为未来管养资金分配及科学划分提供数据支撑,实现资金的有效和集约利用,助力实现高速公路智能化、轻量化养护的总体目标.
Rapid detection technology for expressway surface based on AI and Beidou+5G
The conditions of the expressway surface are closely related to traffic safety and road mainte-nance.So it is an important task to promote the efficient development of expressway maintenance by using advanced technologies.Such advanced technologies as AI,5G,Beidou and others are combined in this paper to break through the key technical bottlenecks in facility performance perception and data analysis in the context of expressway,and a comprehensive management system for road defects detection is devel-oped based on Beidou+5G by constructing and analyzing lightweight detection model for small road de-fects,contrastive learning-based unsupervised models,and 5G-based integrated data collectors for road information.The system enables fast and intelligent monitoring of expressway infrastructure health,im-proves the efficiency of road surface detection,provides data support for road maintenance funds alloca-tion and scientific planning in the future,and it is helpful for effective and intensive use of funds,and fa-cilitating the overall goal of intelligent and lightweight maintenance of expressway.
