基于移动式三维激光扫描技术的管片错台快速检测

管片错台是盾构/全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)常见的问题,对错台的检测是隧道变形监测的重要内容.常规的人工测量方法效率低,且采集的信息量有限,无法全面地对管片错台进行表征.针对这些问题,本文使用移动式三维激光扫描系统对管片错台进行测量,并应用于实际案例.结果表明,移动式三维激光扫描系统可以快速、准确、全面地获取隧道的管片错台情况.
A rapid detection of segment dislocation based on 3D mobile laser scanning technology
The segment dislocation is common in shield tunnel/TBM tunnel,and the detection of the dislocation is an important part of tunnel deformation monitoring.The conventional methods cannot be used to describe the tunnel segment dislocation due to the low efficiency and limited information collection.In order to solve these problems,the 3D mobile laser scanning system is used to measure the tunnel segment dislocation in this paper,and it is used in practical cases.The results show that the 3D mobile laser scanning system can be used to quickly,accurately and comprehensively obtain the segment dislocation conditions of the tunnel.
