Discrimination and classification of geological hazards based on remote sensing interpretation
Satellite remote sensing technology can cover large detection area and comprehensively acquire information.A geological disaster assessment method based on the weight of evidence method is proposed in this paper for the application status and characteristics of the technology in geological disaster investi-gation.The method is based on the regional interpretation mark points,it can automatically classify and process the remote sensing images,discriminate and classify the geological disasters,and generate the geological disaster risk classification map of the study area.It is illustrated by the experiments that the method proposed in this paper can be used to effectively extract all kinds of geological disaster points and predict the risk points of possible geological disasters.It is reliable and high efficiency,so can be used widely in the investigation and evaluation of geological disasters.
