基于多细节特征层的三维激光点云建筑物模型构建方法研究

近年来,许多学者针对不同类型的建筑物建模提出了诸多有益的解决方案,但是针对老旧住宅型居民楼建筑物的快速建模方法研究较少.为此,本文提出了一种基于多细节特征层的三维激光点云数据建筑物快速建模方法,首先,在获取建筑物点云原始数据后,经过点云去噪与归一化处理,计算尺度信息并提取特征参数;其次,在此基础上进行点云高程切片,将切片后的分块点云分别进行边缘拟合与边界确定,并通过层级间的连接关系,构建数字化模型表面;最后,拼接模型表面并进行优化,构建整个建筑物数字化模型,并以某老旧小区住宅楼为实际样例进行测试.结果表明,该方法能较好地完成建模任务,所构建模型的精细化程度达到了工程实际应用要求,在三维点云建筑物建模领域有较好的推广价值和借鉴意义.
Building model construction method of 3D laser point cloud data based on multi-detail feature layer
Nowadays,many scholars have put forward many useful solutions for different types of building modeling,while the fast building modeling method for old residential buildings still needs to be studied.Therefore,a fast building modeling method based on 3 D laser point cloud data is proposed in this paper.Firstly,when original data of the building point cloud obtained,the method can be used to calculate the scale information and extract the characteristic parameters through the denoising and normalization of the point cloud.Secondly,the point cloud elevation is sliced,and the edge and boundary of the sliced block point cloud are fitted and determined respectively,and the digital model surface is constructed through the connection relationship between the layers.Finally,the surface of the above model is spliced and op-timized to complete the construction of the digital model of the whole building,and a residential building in an area is taken as an example to test.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can be used to complete model modeling,and the constructed model has practical engineering applications.So the proposed method has good promotion values and reference significance in the field of 3D point cloud building modeling.
