Brief introduction to pre-zoning for registration units of forest natural resources
It is of great significance to carry out natural resources rights confirmation and registration and establish a unified natural resources rights confirmation and registration system for promoting the conserva-tion and intensive use of natural resources,strengthening ecological protection and promoting the con-struction of ecological civilization.Pre-zoning the scope of registration units is the premise of natural re-sources rights registration.The main problems and difficulties in pre-zoning of forest natural resources registration units are detailed from the perspectives of real conditions of state-owned forest farms in Gansu Province and the relevant materials collected,and specific solutions are suggested.The practical refer-ences will be provided for rights confirmation and registration of forest natural resources.
