The practice of unified registration and establishing of natural resources rights of Giant Panda National Park in Gansu Area
For the problems of cumbersome process,complex contents,huge amount of data involved and high requirements in unified registration and establishing of natural resources rights,the main works in-volved in preliminary preparation,natural resources investigation,data input,examination,registration and application of products are introduced in this paper by taking Gansu Area of Giant Panda National Park as an example.The solutions to the difficulties encountered in demarcation of registration units,verification of ownership status and investigation of public control status are mainly discussed,and more useful experiences and methods can be provided for the future works of rights establishing of natural resources.
