A thematic digital topographic map data storage method based on FME
This paper discusses the way of data storage and the problems existed in data storage to enable the data storage from computer aided design(CAD)data to geographic information system(GIS)data.It stores the thematic data by using CAD software and feature manipulate engine(FME)to generate GDB database.FME is flexible,so can be assembled according to the needs of different projects,moreover,it can be used to store thematic data in batches by modifying related templates,and effectively improve the data storage speed and quality.
