3D modeling of geological hazards based on PCA registration strategy
In order to build a refined 3D model of geological hazards and make risk assessment and early-warning monitoring, this paper proposes a principal components analysis(PCA)registration strategy based on unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)aerial photography and ground laser scanning technology to realize the integration and optimization of space and location cloud data, and illustrates the strategy by examples. The results show that the method based on PCA registration strategy can be used to make fine modeling of geological hazards, solve the problem of multi-source data registration, make up the defects of 3D model construction under a single data source, improve the accuracy and consistency of 3D model of geological disasters, and provide new technical means for 3D modeling of geological disasters.
