City leisure agriculture manors have become the best destination for urban short-term leisure tourism,and the star leisure agriculture manors which have been selected by governments play a leading and exemplary role.For leisure agriculture manors,having enough visitors is fundamental to its existence and development,and there are many factors influencing its passenger traffic.Based on the analysis results of the relationship between influencing factors and passenger traffic,data support can be provided for development planning,management,site selection and cluster development of manors.Through expert interview,it was found that two key factors affecting the passenger traffic of leisure manors were characteristics and traffic.Using the space syntax quantitative to analyze the convenience degree of the traffic and location of star manors in Changsha,and combining with the analysis of the relationship between the integration and its passenger traffic,the following conclusions were got:the higher integration of leisure manor,the greater of the passenger traffic;with the analysis results of space syntax and data of star leisure agriculture manors,the healthy and rapid development of manors could be guided by finding the optimal and inferior condition.
