城市环境手机GNSS定位随机模型自适应构建方法

针对城市环境下智能手机接收的卫星信号易被遮挡、反射,导致城市手机定位受到严重多路径效应的问题,分析小米手机的卫星可见性、载噪比以及多路径误差,提出一种基于多路径误差拟合模型参数的联合高度角、载噪比的随机模型构建方法.结果表明手机观测到的L5/E5a频率卫星数较少,限制了其双频无电离层组合的定位性能,且多路径误差与载噪比相关性强于高度角.多次定位结果表明联合定权随机模型相较于高度角模型更能抑制多路径误差.小米8半遮挡环境下水平和高程方向精度平均提升22.81%和20.34%,建筑遮挡环境分别提升32.93%和25.44%;华为Mate40在树木遮挡环境水平和高程方向精度提升14.53%和17.69%.验证了此建模方法的有效性,适用于不同环境及手机的误差建模.
Adaptive method of establishing the stochastic model for smartphone GNSS positioning in urban environment
GNSS signals are easily obstructed and reflected in urban environments,resulting in severe multipath effects.To improve GNSS positioning performances in urban area,this article proposed an adaptive method of establishing the stochastic model for smartphone GNSS positioning.First,this article analyzed the satellite visibility,carrier-to-noise ratio,and multipath error of Xiaomi smartphone;then,a stochastic model establishing method based on multipath error fitting for joint elevation and carrier-to-noise ratio was proposed.The results indicated that the number of L5/E5a frequency satellites observed by smartphone was relatively small,which limited the positioning performance of their dual-frequency ionosphere-free combination.Moreover,the correlation between multipath error and carrier-to-noise ratio was found to be stronger than that of elevation.Multiple positioning results showed that the joint weighted stochastic model was more effective in suppressing multipath errors compared to the elevation model.In semi occluded environments,the horizontal and vertical accuracy of the Xiaomi 8 had an average improvement of 22.81%and 20.34%,respectively,while in building occluded environments,there was an improvement of 32.93%and 25.44%,respectively.In tree occluded environments,the horizontal and vertical accuracy of the Huawei Mate40 was improved by 14.53%and 17.69%,respectively.This validates the effectiveness of this modeling method and is suitable for error modeling in different environments and smartphones.
