Research on simulation analysis algorithm of railway design line connection regularity caused by projection transformation
The design of railway track irregularities,one of the factors causing railway track irregularities,is mainly severely affected by line parameters and measurement coordinate systems.On the basis of analyzing the impact mechanism of railway measurement coordinate system construction on the smoothness of railway design lines,this article proposes a simulation analysis algorithm for the smoothness of design line connection,which realizes the calculation and analysis of the deviation and smoothness of railway design line switching connection during the design phase.Theoretical analysis and experimental results both indicate that when constructing a railway measurement coordinate system using a strip projection method,only controlling the deformation of the projection length of a single projection strip at the edge cannot avoid horizontal connection deviation of the design line at the strip changing connection,which may lead to unevenness of the design line;To ensure that the impact of unevenness in the design of track replacement and connection on the static laying smoothness of railway tracks can be ignored,for the high-speed railway and 160 km/h high-speed railway in the calculation example,the chord rail irregularities of the high-speed railway design lines at 10 m,5 m/30 m,and 150 m/300 m should be controlled to be no more than 0.64 mm,0.64 mm,and 3.2 mm,respectively,and the chord rail irregularities of the ballastless and ballasted tracks at 10 m should be no more than 0.64 mm and 1.28 mm,respectively;The proposed algorithm for analyzing the smoothness of railway design line connections can calculate the unevenness of the design line caused by strip projection during the design phase,and thus make scientific judgments on the rationality of coordinate system construction.
