河北沿海北斗坐标框架建立维持与精度评估

为了建立河北沿海区域高精度BDS坐标参考框架,对BDS数据处理中CSR4.0、NAO.99b和FES2014海潮模型进行建模分析,并采用沿海3个BDS基准站速度和CPM-CGCS2000模型构建河北沿海区域15′×15′的格网速度场模型,实现了河北沿海区域BDS数据处理最优的海潮模型和框架维持方法,经过河北沿海9个基准站2010年、2013年、2018年、2022年和2023年7d数据实测试验,加入海潮模型后定位精度有不同程度提高,NAO.99b海潮模型最佳,BDS在E、N和U方向上分别提升4.5%、8.4%和12.7%,ITRF2008、ITRF2014和ITRF2020等框架间转换精度平面约为1 cm,高程约为2 cm.
Accuracy evaluation of establishment and maintenance the BDS regional coordinate reference framework along Hebei coast
In order to establish a high-precision BDS coordinate reference framework in the coastal area of Hebei Province,the CSR4.0,NAO.99b,and FES2014 tidal models were modeled and analyzed in BDS data processing.The 15′×15′grid velocity field model of coastal was constructed using the velocities of three BDS reference stations and the CPM-CGCS2000 model,and the optimal tidal model and framework maintenance method for BDS data processing in the coastal area of Hebei Province were realized.Through the actual test of 7-day data from 9 reference stations in the coastal area of Hebei Province in 2010,2013,2018,2022,and 2023,the positioning accuracy was improved to varying degrees after the tidal model was added,with the NAO.99b tidal model being the best.In the E,N,and U directions,BDS was improved by 4.5%,8.4%,and 12.7%,respectively.The accuracy of the transformation between different frameworks such as ITRF2008,ITRF2014,and ITRF2020 is about 1 cm in the plane and about 2 cm in height.
