User role characteristic oriented We-map logic architecture design
The concept of we-map has significant importance in its promotion and application. However,it faces challenges related to personalization and consideration of user needs in the design of the we-map mobile platform. To address this issue, this study proposes a logical architecture design for the we-map mobile platform based on the characteristics of user roles. The design process involves gathering user requirements information from multiple user scenarios of the we-map mobile platform and analyzing the user roles by aligning them with the product positioning and user needs. As a result, six characteristics of user roles are identified:two-way interaction, freedom of operation, simplicity, boundlessness, malleability, and flexibility. The logical architecture of the we-map mobile platform is then designed, integrating these user role characteristics and user experience into the overall design process. To evaluate the logical architecture design,a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect users'feedback on the design. The study constructed evaluation indexes to analyze the collected data. The results showed that the logical architecture design met users'general psychological expectations, could better integrate user role characteristics into the product, and designed a logical architecture with we-map characteristics, which helped users use we-map mobile platform service efficiently and promoted the degree of product-user association. The logical architecture designed, guided by user role characteristics, can provide appropriate and feasible support for the subsequent productization of the we-map mobile platform.
