Applied analysis of universal sampling table in surveying and mapping products quality inspection
Aiming at the suitability of universal sampling table for quality inspection of surveying and geo-information products, three fundamental problems including lot segmenting, sample size designing and acceptance probability designing were deeply investigated in this paper, and linear regression(GLR) method was used to modeling the sampling table. The regression results showed that both the lot segmenting model and sample size model were based on the power function model, which could better cover the large dynamic range of lot size with good compatibility of multi-scale sampling inspection by attributes.Meanwhile, the numerical tests and validations indicate that the acceptance probability designation based on acceptance quality limit(AQL),acceptable number of non-conformities(Ac values),and inspection level had a good characteristic to balance inspection risks and operability. The test results and analysis indicated that the sampling table adopted in GB/T 2828.1-2012 was quite flexible and compatible and the small-medium-size part was capable of inspection of surveying and mapping products. On condition that the parameters Ac,AQL,lot size up-limit and sample size had adjusted to small-medium mode, universal sampling table could be directly applied in the quality inspection of surveying and mapping products. On the other hand, the separate design idea of sampling table and acceptance probability was quite illuminative and a demonstration for the quality inspection of specialized standards and scheme design of surveying and mapping products.
