Evaluation and modeling of cultivated land quality in the Hetao irrigation district—a case study of Wuyuan County,Inner Mongolia
In response to the problems of high time cost and difficulty in rapid application of the current cultivated land quality evaluation model, this article explores a new method for large-scale and efficient analysis of cultivated land quality.Based on the PSR theoretical framework,high-resolution series remote sensing images and other data are used, and the three tone cultivated land map spot is used as the evaluation unit.Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process, and weighted sum method are used for indicator confirmation and cultivated land quality evaluation grading.A cultivated land quality evaluation model tool for Wuyuan County is constructed in ArcGIS.The evaluation results indicate that the average cultivated land level in Wuyuan County is 6.09,mainly concentrated in levels 5~7,with grade 6 cultivated land accounting for 42.39%.The quality of cultivated land generally shows a spatial distribution pattern of high in the central and western regions and low in the southeastern regions.Compared with the results of national utilization, the evaluation accuracy of the difference in cultivated land area between levels 7,8,and 13 reached 94.29%,78.49%,and 100%,respectively;The number and area proportion of cultivated land patches with a grade difference of less than 1 level are 54.11%and 74.83%,respectively.The model evaluation results are good, simplifying some field sampling and indicator calculation processes, and providing reference for the evaluation and monitoring of cultivated land quality.
