基于FLUS模型的后备适宜建设用地开发模拟研究——以福建省为例

针对后备适宜建设用地在人口集聚、产业布局和城镇发展方面的重要性,该文以福建省为例,在评价其后备适宜建设用地潜力的基础上,通过耦合FLUS模型多情景分析未来后备适宜建设用地的开发走势.研究表明:福建省后备适宜建设用地资源呈现"内陆优于沿海"的特征;而建设用地扩张模拟预测结果在自然增长及限速发展情景下,至2035年分别呈现"海陆协调共进"与"福州、漳州两极化"的扩张特征;2020-2035年后备适宜建设用地开发走势表现为"开发整体可载,内陆走势优于沿海,限速发展情景走势优于自然增长情景".研究结果为推动福建省国土空间格局优化提供决策参考.
Simulation study of available construction land development based on FLUS model—a case study of Fujian Province
Regarding the importance of reserve suitable construction land in population agglomeration,industrial layout,and urban development,this article takes Fujian Province as an example.Based on the evaluation of its potential for reserve suitable construction land,the future development trend of reserve suitable construction land is analyzed through multi scenario coupling of FLUS model.Research shows that the reserve suitable construction land resources in Fujian Province exhibit the characteristic of"inland being superior to coastal";The simulation and prediction results of construction land expansion show expansion characteristics of"coordinated progress of land and sea"and"polarization of Fuzhou and Zhangzhou"by 2035 under natural growth and speed limited development scenarios,respectively;The development trend of reserve suitable construction land from 2020 to 2035 shows that the overall development can be carried out,the inland trend is better than the coastal trend,and the speed limited development scenario trend is better than the natural growth scenario.The research results provide decision-making references for promoting the optimization of the land spatial pattern in Fujian Province.
