为提高触发模块开通速度以及多路信号的同步性,从而解决晶闸管开通速度慢以及串联晶闸管开通不一致导致的晶闸管门级热击穿问题,本文通过对触发模块的磁路计算以及高频逆变电路的仿真分析得出一种可行的强触发模块电路方案,并进行样机试验,测试了触发模块的开通速度并验证其多路开通的一致性,得到一种能快速触发晶闸管并有效解决晶闸管门级热击穿问题的强触发模块。
Design of a strong trigger module based on high frequency isolation
In order to improve the opening speed of the trigger module and the synchronization of multiple signals,and thus solve the problem of gate level thermal breakdown of thyristors caused by slow opening speed of thyristors and inconsistent opening of thyristors in series,this paper proposes a feasible scheme of strong trigger module circuit through magnetic circuit calculation of the trigger module and simulation analysis of the high-frequency inverter circuit.Prototype experiments are conducted to test the opening speed of the trigger module and verify its consistency in multiple opening.A strong triggermodule that can quickly trigger thyristors and effectively solve the problem of gate level thermal breakdown is obtained.
