列车用直流接触器线圈故障分析及改进

为提升列车用直流接触器线圈质量稳定性,本文基于产品应用过程中出现的绝缘不良、线圈回路开路、线圈烧蚀三种故障模式,采用故障树工具梳理出八条底事件,针对性制定了设计优化、工艺改进、过程管控三类共八条改进方案。最终对三种故障模式设计了五个试验,通过试验验证确认线圈耐压、过程防护、绕线、浸漆、引线、注塑均得到改进。本文对列车用直流接触器线圈故障进行的故障分析和制定的改进方案,可为直流接触器线圈的故障排除和产品迭代提供参考,降低产品故障率,提高质量稳定性。
Fault analysis and improvement of train DC contactor coil
In order to improve the quality and stability of DC contactor coils for trains,this paper uses the fault tree tool to figure out eight bottom events based on three fault modes that occur during product application:poor insulation,open coil loop and coil ablation,,and makes eight improvement plans in three categories:design optimization,process improvement and process control.Finally,five tests are designed for the three fault modes,and through the test verification,the coil voltage resistance,process protection,winding,dipping,lead and injection molding are all improved.In this paper,the fault analysis and improvement plan of DC contactor coil for train can provide reference for troubleshooting and product iteration of DC contactor coil,reduce product failure rate and improve quality stability.
