大功率电力机车四象限功率模块并联均流设计研究

交流传动大功率电力机车四象限IGBT功率模块通常采用桥臂并联形式,由于并联参数不一致,可能导致不均流问题。本文对不均流问题开展技术研究,通过IGBT并联一致性筛选、对称型直流连接以及外部叠层母线设计,完成了样机试制及验证。验证结果显示,功率模块并联桥臂的均流性能有效提高。通过以上方法优化的并联桥臂功率模块,可有效提高IGBT应用可靠性与寿命,对于大功率电力机车稳定运行具有积极意义。
Research on parallel current sharing design of four-quadrant power module for high-power electric locomotive
The four-quadrant IGBT power module for AC drive high-power electric locomotives usually adopts parallel legs,which may lead to current imbalance due to inconsistent parallel parameters.In this paper,the technical research on current imbalance is carried out,and the prototype trial production and verification are completed through IGBT parallel consistency screening,symmetrical DC connection and external laminated bus design.The verification results show that the current sharing performance of the parallel legs of power module is effectively improved.The parallel-leg power module optimized by the above methods can effectively improve the reliability and life of IGBT application,which is of positive significance for the stable operation of high-power electric locomotives.
