船舶驱动用永磁同步电机电磁特性分析

永磁同步电机的气隙磁通在正常工作条件下是恒定的,因此普通永磁同步机驱动的船舶存在速度范围窄、输出转矩低的缺点。本文研究了一种用于船舶驱动的变磁通量永磁同步电机。磁场的变化可以提高低速时的输出扭矩,拓宽高速时的工作范围。研究了该变磁通永磁同步电机的结构,分析了磁场的调节机理。基于有限元方法,得到了磁密度分布、转矩、磁链和功率特性的变化规律。相关结论表明该电机可以很好的拓宽船舶行驶时的运行速度,提高电机的输出功率。
Analysis of electromagnetic characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor for ship drive
The air-gap flux of permanent magnet synchronous motor is constant under normal working condition,so the ship driven by ordinary permanent magnet synchronous motor presents the disadvantages of narrow speed range and low output torque.This paper studies the flux adjustable permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with varying magnetic flux for ship drive.The variation of magnetic field can promote output torque at low speed and broaden the operation range at high speed.The structure of flux adjustable inner permanent magnet synchronous machine is introduced,the regulation mechanism of magnetic field is analyzed.The changing discipline of magnetic density distribution,electric torque,flux linkage and power performance are obtained based on finite element method.The relevant conclusions indicate that the motor can effectively expand the operating speed of ships and increase the output power of the PMSM.
