摘要

随着经济的发展,商务谈判对跨文化商务活动会产生推动作用.商务谈判不仅有利于经济交流和合作,而且也是两种文化的碰撞.作为世界上最大的两个经济大国,中美之间的商务活动很多,同时,两国也存在着文化差异.

Abstract

In pace with development of economy, many economic come-and-goes appeared. The business negotiation will no doubt play a pushing role in intercultural business activities. Commercial negotiation is not just something about the benefits of each parties for economic exchanges and cooperation, but also the collision and communication, especially between different cultures. As the two largest economies in the world,there are a number of business activities between China and the United States. Meanwhile,cultural differences exist in two countries.
