顺北油田二叠系防漏堵漏技术进展及发展建议

为了解决顺北油田二叠系钻进过程中漏失严重的问题,分析了顺北二叠系地层特征、漏失类型及裂缝宽度,揭示了二叠系漏失原因,总结了该油田防漏堵漏技术发展历程及取得的技术成果,并就目前面临的难题给出了技术攻关建议.分析可知,二叠系地层破碎,多尺度复杂裂缝发育,漏失压力低,裂缝对井筒压力敏感,是造成地层漏失的主要原因.针对二叠系漏失,经历"逢漏就堵"、"避免承压"、"塌漏同治"及"优化完善"四个阶段,形成了随钻防漏、桥堵、随钻堵漏、凝胶堵漏、化学固结和全井堵漏浆等技术.2018年以来,在顺北蓬1、顺北鹰1等20余口井应用,单井平均漏失量由2017年之前的508 m3降低为2020年的138 m3(降低72.8%),单井堵漏时间由201 7年之前的9.3 d降到2020年的2.6 d(降低72%),现场应用效果良好.
The technical advance and development suggestions for leakage prevention and plugging technologies in Permian of Shunbei Oilfield
In order to solve the problem of serious leakage in the process of Permian drilling,the Permian strata characteristics,leakage type and crack width,reveals the cause of the Permian leakage has been analyzed,summarizes the field leakage technology development process and the technical achievements,and the current problems give the technical advice.The analysis showed that the fragmentation of Permian strata,the development of multi-scale complex cracks,the low leakage pressure and the sensitivity to well bore pressure.In view of the leakage of Permian system,four stages of leakages formed,included plugging on every leakage,avoiding pressure,collapse and leakage of the loss of control at the same time,optimization and improvement,forming technologies such as leakage prevention,bridge plugging,leakage,gel leakage,chemical consolidation and whole well leakage.Since 2018,more than 20 Wells have been applied,such as SHBP 1 and SHBY 1.Among them,the average leakage amount of a single well decreased from 508 m3 before 2017 to 138 m3(72.8%reduced)in 2020,and the leakage time decreased from 9.3 d before 2017 to 2.6 d(72%reduction)in 2020,which achieved certain field application effect.Through analysis and sorting,the current situation of leakage prevention technology and still leakage problems in Shunbei Oilfield are clarified,the key direction is determined,and we put forward the technical development suggestions of strengthening stratum prediction,research and development or introducing new leakage plugging technology,enriching engineering technical means and developing big data plugging software.
