中华绒螯蟹生态养殖池塘环境因子优化试验研究

池塘生态养殖是中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)的主要养殖方式.为促进优质、高效的养殖生产,采用单因子试验法在江苏高淳地区选择连片养蟹塘口进行了 5个生态养殖环境因子的优化研究.结果表明:在从扣蟹到成蟹的养殖过程中,采用漂白粉消毒后,在环沟和坂田分别种植伊乐藻(Elodea nuttallii)和轮叶黑藻(Hydrilla verticillate)并在4月中旬投放田螺(Viviparidae,175~200 kg/667 m2),可明显提高水草覆盖率(可达约60%)、改善养殖水质指标(氨氮显著下降)并显著提高养殖成活率(P<0.05);扣蟹的最佳养殖密度为1000只/667m2;采用水车式增氧机增氧是最适宜的增氧方式,可有效保证溶氧的稳定性并提高中华绒螯蟹的抗应激能力.
Experimental study on optimization of environmental factors in ecological aquaculture pond of Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis)
Ecological culture in pond is the main mode of Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis)breeding.To promote high-quality and high-efficiency of this crab's culture,five single factor experiments were conducted to optimize environmental factors in crab's ecological farming ponds in Gaochun,Jiangsu Province.The results showed that in the process of farming button crab to adult crab,after using bleaching powder to clear the pond,planting Elodea nuttallii and Hydrilla verticillate in circular furrow and paddy field,respectively,and stocking pond snails(Viviparidae,175~200 kg/667 m2)in Mid-April can significantly increase the coverage rate(Up to approximately 60%)of submergent macrophytes(Elodea nuttallii and Hydrilla verticillate)in pond,improve the water quality indicators of aquaculture(with a significant decrease in ammonia nitrogen),as well as significantly increase the survival rate of the crabs(P<0.05);when the breeding density of button crab was about 1 000 ind./667m2,the best economic benefits were obtained;waterwheel aerator is the suitable oxygenation method,which can effectively stabilize the dissolved oxygen contents of ponds and improve the crab's anti-stress ability.
