多用途存储式声波信号模拟器的设计与实现

将动液面检测仪搬运至模拟井或者油井现场进行研发测试,不仅成本高、效率低,而且严重影响仪器的研发进度,针对该问题,提出了一种多用途存储式声波信号模拟器解决方案.该信号模拟器以现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为主控模块,通过直接数字频率合成技术(DDS)将油井动液面检测中的次声波信号特征完整复现.声波信号源既可以来自于油井现场声波数据,也可以来源于用户 自主编辑合成的任意波形数据.试验表明,所设计的多用途存储式声波信号模拟器不仅能够模拟多种油井现场次声波信号,满足动液面检测仪自检及测试的需求,同时也可以作为一款通用信号发生器使用.
Design and implementation of multi-purpose storage acoustic signal simulator
Move the fluid level detector to the simulation well or well site for development and testing not only has high cost and low efficiency,but also seriously affect the development progress of the instrument.To solve this problem,a solution of multi-purpose storage acoustic signal simulator is proposed in this paper.The signal simulator takes FPGA as the main control module and completely reproduces the characteristics of infrasonic signal in oil well dynamic liquid level detection through direct digital frequency synthesis(DDS).The acoustic signal source can be either from the acoustic data of the oil well site or from the arbitrary waveform data edited and synthesized by the user.Experimental results show that the multi-purpose storage acoustic signal simulator designed can not only simulate various field infrasound signals of oil Wells to meet the needs of self-inspection and testing of dynamic liquid level detector,but also can be used as a general signal generator.
