光伏作为我国目前最重要的新能源发电形式之一,对实现我国双碳战略目标有着重要的作用.基于开发水库、内陆水面漂浮式光伏电站的各类影响因素及政策导向,分析了未来开发内陆水面漂浮式光伏电站,形成水光互补发电格局的挑战与前景.对漂浮式光伏电站的技术方案进行了调查、研究与初步设计,形成了可供参考的内陆漂浮式光伏开发初步方案.
Development Analysis and Feasible Technical Solutions for Floating Photovoltaic System on Inland Water Bodies
As one of the most crucial renewable energy sources in China,photovoltaic(PV)technology plays a vital role in the endeavor to achieve China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the diverse influencing factors and policy guidance for developing power plants with floating PV on reservoirs and inland lakes.On this basis,we analyze the challenges and prospects in developing water-solar complementary power generation.Additionally,we investigate,examine and initially design the technical solutions for floating PV power plants,providing a preliminary reference for future development of inland floating PV.
