双碳目标下,可再生能源在我国电力能源结构中占比持续扩大.水风光一体化模式可以更好地发挥多种清洁能源的协同作用,极大发挥可再生能源的效益.风光等新能源飞速增长,对项目建设管理提出了更高的要求.分析了EPC模式下常见风险,在合同文本方面的提出了针对性的应对措施,希望能够一定程度上规避风险,顺利完成项目建设目标.
New Energy Project EPC Model:Common Risks and Countermeasures
In the pursuit of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the proportion of renewable energy in China's electricity energy structure continues to expand.The integrated hydro-wind-solar model enables better synergies among multiple clean energy sources,thereby significantly improving the efficiency of renewable energy utilization.The speedy increase of new energy sources,such as wind and solar,has raised higher requirements for project construction management.This paper analyses the common risks under the Engineer Procure Construct(EPC)mode and offers countermeasures in terms of contract text.It is expected to avoid some of the risks and achieve the project construction goal successfully.
