Under the background of digital economy and Internet Plus,traditional project management mode is inefficient and increasingly unable to meet the requirements of high-quality development and refined management.China is vigorously promoting digitalized,informatized and intelligent construction.In line with the specific characteristics of hydrological projects,this paper introduces a whole life cycle management platform for the Three Gorges hydrological project.Aiming at comprehensive element management and focusing on cost control,the platform effectively improves management efficiency and economic benefits of hydrological projects mainly through digitalization and informatization.
