Research on the Permeability of Tuffaceous Sandstone Collapsed Soil
Taking the tuffaceous sandstone collapsed soil in south Jiangxi as the research object,we explored the infiltration characteristics of collapsed soil by ring knife method, and analyzed the influence of main physical and chemical properties on infiltration characteristics of the soil. The results show that:(1)The bulk density of weathered soil in the upper layer is smaller than that in the lower layer;influenced by specific gravity of the soil, the total porosity of different soil layers does not exhibit an opposite trend with soil bulk density, and it also shows that the upper layer is less than the lower layer. There is no significant correlation between soil bulk weight and total porosity in different soil layers.(2)The initial infiltration rate, stable infiltration rate, average infiltration rate, infiltration amount and other infiltration parameters of the lower layer of tuffaceous sandstone soil are all significantly higher than those of the upper soil layer(P<0.05),while the stable infiltration time of lower soil layer is shorter than that of the upper layer.(3)The initial infiltration rate has no significant correlation with the selected indicators, the stable infiltration rate shows a very significant negative correlation with soil bulk density, and the average infiltration rate shows a very significant positive correlation with total porosity and capillary porosity.
