Path Analysis of Economic Benefit Enhancement of Research Institutions in the Perspective of Contract Management:A Case Study
To maintain scientific research institutions competitive edge and achieve sustainable growth,it is essential for these research institution to improve economic efficiency,while contract management plays an irreplaceable and central role in this process.Contract management directly affects the implementation of research projects,the effective use of funds and the overall institutional efficiency.Taking a scientific research institute in the water conservancy industry as a case study,we examined how the growth of economic activities has increased its economic risk.Through in-depth analysis of the contract management practices,we identified the pathways to improve the economic efficiency of scientific research institutions.These measures aim to address the weaknesses in contract management,improve management quality,and ultimately maximize both economic benefits and efficiency.
