汉江兴隆水利枢纽漂浮物调查及治理措施

兴隆水利枢纽工程位于汉江下游,坝址区地势平坦,河道断面开阔,漂浮物种类多且组成复杂.漂浮物问题若处理不当,会阻扰水电站正常进流,造成发电水头损失,降低工程运行效率,且容易引起汉江中下游水体污染.调查分析了兴隆库区漂浮物的成因、特点及输移规律,根据"拦、导、清"治理思路,基于水工及河工模型开展了漂浮物治理试验.采用拦漂排、拦污栅及清污机械等综合治理措施进行了实践应用,取得了良好的工程应用效果.
Investigation and Treatment of Floating Debris in Xinglong Hydro-junction on Hanjiang River
Xinglong Hydro-junction Project is located in the lower reaches of the Hanjiang River,with flat terrain and broad river section at the dam site.The floating debris on the river are diverse and complex.Inappropriate handling of these floating debris will block the normal inflow of hydropower station and cause power generation head loss,reduce the operation efficiency of the project,and easily lead to water pollution in the middle and lower reaches of the Hanjiang River.We investigated the causes,characteristics and transport rules of floating debris in Xinglong Reservoir area.Following the treatment idea of"blocking,guiding,and cleaning",we conducted floating debris treatment experiment based on hydraulic and river engineering model.Comprehensive treatment measures such as float blocking,trash rack and trash-cleaning machinery were applied in practice,and favorable effects were obtained.
