扬水灌溉泵站群系统区间水量平衡调度模型探讨——以景电二期工程为例

高扬程灌溉工程主要分布在我国西北缺水地区,为解决当地人民的生产生活用水问题发挥着至关重要的作用.在高扬程、多梯级、大流量的灌溉工程中,泵站群区间水量平衡调节是工程运行调度管理的重难点.以景电二期工程为例,基于泵站群系统的特征,对运行时区间流量发生变化的原因进行了分析,提出泵站群区间水量变化的计算方式和水量平衡的调节方式,并确定调节时刻,建立扬水灌溉泵站群区间水量平衡调度模型,研究成果可为泵站工程调度管理提供参考.
Discussion on Interval Water Balance Dispatching Model of Pumping Station Group System for Water Lifting Irrigation:A Case Study on Jingdian Phase Ⅱ Project
High-lift irrigation projects are mainly distributed in water-deficient areas of northwest China,playing a vital role in addressing the production and domestic water demands for local people.In high-lift,multi-cascade and large-flow irrigation projects,water balance regulation of pumping stations is the focus and challenge in project operation and dispatching management.Taking Jingdian Phase II Project as an example,we analyzed the reasons for interval flow change during operation based on the characteristics of pumping station group system,and proposed the calculation method of interval flow change,as well as the selection of water balance adjustment method and adjustment time for pumping station group.Furthermore,the water balance dispatching model of pumping station group was established.The research findings provide reference for project dispatching management.
