高管团队共享经验如何影响企业数字化转型

企业数字化转型被认为是由企业管理者推动的自上而下的系统性变革,面对企业数字化转型过程中长期导向战略决策的缺乏、传统业务与转型模式间的冲突,企业高管团队能否发挥其积极作用,值得进一步研究.本文以2011-2022年沪深A股上市公司为样本,基于制度自主权的调节效应,研究高管团队共享经验对企业数字化转型的影响.研究结果显示:高管团队共享经验能够促进企业数字化转型,且这一研究结论在考虑内生性问题后依旧稳健;在制度自主权的调节机制方面,国有企业的特殊性质负向影响了高管团队共享经验对企业数字化转型的正向作用,地区制度水平则促进了高管团队共享经验对企业数字化转型的作用;机制检验表明,高管团队共享经验主要通过减少管理层短视与促进企业双元创新行为来提升企业数字化转型.
How TMT Shared Experience Can Dive Digital Transformation
The digital transformation is a systematic change driven by the TMT,and the lack of long-term strategic decisions and op-eration promotion coordination under conflicts are the main obstacles to enterprise digital transformation.Based on the moderating ef-fect of institutional discretion,this paper attempts to explore the role of TMT shared experience in solving the dilemma of digital transformation using the samples of listed companies from 2011 to 2022.The results show that:TMT shared experience is conducive to the digital transformation of enterprises,and this conclusion is still robust after considering the endogenous problem;In the regula-tion mechanism of institutional discretion,the special nature of state-owned enterprises negatively affects the positive effect of TMT shared experience on the digital transformation of enterprises,regional institutional level promotes the positive effect of TMT shared experience on enterprise digital transformation;The mechanism study shows that reducing managerial myopia and promoting ambi-dextrous innovation are significantly effective measures.
