The Practical Mechanism and Optimal Path of Social Forces Participating in the Cultivation of New Agricultural Laborers from the Perspective of Embeddedness
Cultivating new agricultural laborers is of great significance for developing new quality agricultural productivity.Social forces have capable of joining cultivate the new agricultural laborers.Architecture the framework of social embeddedness,take a type of new agricultural laborers as a case study,state the mechanism of social force participation,and propose the optimization path on the basis of investigating the actual problems.Research finding:relationship embeddedness constitutes the basis of action,but the weak ties triggered the knowledge collaborative behavior of the empty of agricultural organization;political embeddedness strength-ens action support,but the performance orientation of local governments triggered the unprofessional behavior of social organization;technical and culture embeddedness are the concrete contents and forms of social participation subjects,which will help new agricul-tural workers to apply higher-technology labor materials and promote the deep transformation and upgrading of agriculture.But the formalization of technical and culture embeddedness reduces the possibility of comprehensively improving the knowledge,technolo-gy and innovation level of new agricultural laborers.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the social organization to develop a strong relationship,and to create a more tolerant institutional environment for social organization.At the same time,let social organization to enhance the knowledge transmission based on its own culture,and guide it to establish the concept of correct interests.
