Digital gig has become a new form of labor in the digital age.Marx's theory of productive labor states that productive labor includes the direct production process under employment,as well as the transportation process that extends from the production pro-cess;Non productive labor mainly refers to the value realization and division of labor forms in the circulation field.At present,under the leadership of the platform economy,gig employment is growing day by day,among which:productive digital gig is manifested as the modular creation process of surplus value of direct production labor;Transportation gig workers are the process of creating sur-plus value from labor in the transportation industry;Non productive digital gig workers play a role in realizing and dividing surplus value.With the growth of the digital economy,the production structure is increasingly showing two trends of transformation:the shift of labor from direct employment to gig work,and the shift from direct productivity to transportation and non productivity.Based on the reality of China,with public ownership as the mainstay and multiple forms of ownership developing together,the platform econo-my of private ownership will exist for a long time and on a large scale.This change in production structure is also widely present in China.Therefore,it is proposed to accelerate the construction and improvement of digital gig worker rights protection mechanisms and three types of labor coordinated development mechanisms under the new production structure to achieve the coordinated devel-opment of employees and gig workers,as well as direct production,transportation,and non production labor..
