Theoretical Logic and Innovative Path for Promoting Rural Industrial Revitalization through the Construction of New Digital Infrastructure
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made comprehensive ar-rangements for developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions,proposing to improve and promote the deep in-tegration of the real economy and digital economy,and to improve the system and mechanism of modern infrastructure construction,which has pointed out the direction for promoting rural industrial revitalization in the new journey stage.With the deepening evolu-tion of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the construction of new digital infrastructure provides productivity effects,siphon effects,institutional effects,multiplier effects,and value effects for promoting rural industrial revitaliza-tion.Its theoretical logic is inherent in the transition from traditional productivity to new quality productivity,the digital coupling of new digital infrastructure and rural industries,the driving force of new digital infrastructure for digital rural construction to enhance the resilience of rural industrial chains and supply chains,the coordinated promotion of industrialization of new digital infrastructure and digitalization of rural industries,and the leading role of digital ecological transformation in the construction of new digital infra-structure and modem rural industrial systems.Faced with a series of practical obstacles in promoting rural industrial revitalization through the construction of new digital infrastructure,strengthening the construction of new digital infrastructure to promote rural in-dustrial revitalization through multiple paths such as improving the application level of rural industrial digital infrastructure,driving rural industries to achieve digitization,promoting rural industries to achieve scale,promoting the deep integration of rural industrial chains,and advancing the technological and intelligent development of rural industries has important theoretical significance and strategic implications for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization and common prosperity of farmers,and ultimately achieving agricultural and rural modernization.
