Research on the Impact of the Cultivation of"Industry Chain Leaders"on the Resilience of Local Enterprises
This article calculates the"chain leader"index of the industrial chain based on the input-output table and the list of leading manufacturing enterprises,and uses the data of listed companies from 2007 to 2022 to evaluate the impact of the"chain leader"of the industrial chain on the resilience of the enterprises.The results show that the"chain leader"of the in-dustrial chain significantly improves the resilience of local enterprises,and the conclusion is still valid after further considering the robustness issues such as sample range,index measurement,and endogenous problems.The mechanism research shows that the"chain leader"of the industrial chain can improve the resilience of enterprises by reducing their operating costs,im-proving their innovation capacity,and promoting supply chain integration,and digital reform will strengthen their resilience with increasing effect.The extended analysis shows that the resilience improvement of coastal areas,high-tech enterprises and enter-prises participating in the domestic cycle is more significant.The research in this paper is of great and practical significance for cultivating"chain leader"enterprises and exploring the governance path of industrial chain and supply chain security.
