In the paper, we used the residue of Tricholoma lobayense Heim as the main nourishing material to cultivate Coprinus comatus, and designed a total of five different formulas by taking the mycelium growth rate, yield and biological efficiency as indexes to screen out the suitable cultivation formula for C. comatus. The results showed that the optimal formula was 68%residue of T. lobayense Heim, 20%cotton seed skin, 10%bran and 2%lime. In addition, the production cost was reduced and the economic benefit was increased while the residue of T. lobayense Heim was taken as the main cultivation substrate of C. comatus.
